"Agile development is a team sport, so fluency is a trait of the team, not individual team members."
Introducing the Model
The Agile Fluency Model provides a roadmap for teams to progress from basic Agile practices to a state of effortless, adaptive performance. It's not about rigid adherence to rules, but rather about cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and responsiveness.
The Four Zones of Agile Fluency®
When a team is fluent in a zone, it means it is fluent in all of its skills, including those from zones that came before it. Even though teams can learn skills from more than one zone at the same time and in any order, we've seen that teams tend to learn zone competence in a predictable order.

Getting Fluency
Fluency has less to do with skills and more to do with habits. Training can teach you the basic skills, but to get to the level of skillful ease that is at the heart of fluency, you have to practice every day for months on end. Putting time and effort into learning through practice leads to it.

Our Agile Fluency Workshop is designed to guide you through a transformative journey from basic Agile practices to a state of effortless adaptability. You'll gain practical tools, insights, and strategies to accelerate your team's progress and deliver exceptional results.
